My students are engaged and eager to learn. They are curious and constantly bringing up new wonders. My class is made up of students from a variety of cultures and socio-economic backgrounds yet they all have one thing in common. They have all been identified as academically gifted and talented. They are diligent workers and enthusiastic about learning.
I strive to bring a welcoming learning environment that is flexible and comfortable to my classroom each year.
The students are constantly moving around the room and working in groups. They love having lots of options in the room.
My Project
Students have a great deal of energy. My students are enthusiastic and excited about learning. They are basically bouncing out of their seats to participate in our daily lessons. These chairs, rugs and additional items will provide them opportunities to work in other places around the room.
This project will get the students up and out of their seat while working with other students in the room!
This project will provide more places to work. A variety of seating options gives students choice and when someone gets to make a choice they are naturally more willing to do the task at hand.
Flexible seating options helps with ADHD, anxiety and overall focus for students. These items will help spruce up our classroom and provide choice for the students!
