Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials will help students create special note cards to others in our school community with kind words and drawings. They will have the opportunity to express their gratitude or just be able to share positive kind words with anyone who they feel might need it or who they would like to bring a smile to. The storage carts would be used for keeping the materials organized in the kindness writing center. They can also decorate and seal it with a small gift such as a bandaid for future use or a bookmark, pencil and or sticker. Whatever they decide, it will be thoughtful and show kindness. With hopes to bring more kindness through small acts.
