Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Second grade students at our school were greatly impacted by COVID-19 because they had to begin their education in a virtual Kindergarten classroom. That means, no hands-on projects or learning!
This project will help students express love and share the hope and kindness they have received at our school in the community they live in.
These second graders and their families have overcome the odds of living in a low-income neighborhood by choosing to attend a Title I Charter school that strives for scholar greatness. Thank you in advance!
