This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The holiday season is almost here and I want to offer my students fun crafts to integrate many art activities. I’d like to offer multiple independent arts and crafts for them to complete which is where the sticker activities and tree craft will come into play. I’d like them to capture a fond holiday memory and incorporate it into a snow globe as a fun keepsake. The stockings and puff paints will be used to decorate our classroom cubby area. The requested items will set a sense of holiday warmth to our classroom via a variety of arts activities. To culminate the holiday season I’ve requested ornaments and ribbon that the students will use to create their very own ornament. Thank you for your generosity in getting these great resources to set the holiday spirit and hands-on art experiences in my classroom!
