My Project
Hi! I’m Ms. Parker, a first-year second-grade teacher.
I’m building a classroom where my students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
As a new teacher, I’m seeking donations to help provide essential supplies, engaging materials, and fun rewards that make learning even more meaningful. The rug will allow me to have morning meetings on the carpet, and the chairs will allow for flexible seating around the room when working in groups or pairs. The laminator materials will allow me to make important pieces of paper last longer, and they will allow me to laminate their work. The rest of the items will allow for STEM and sensory activities for the students to use throughout the year!
My goal for this year is to build their literacy and reading skills. I am focusing on building math fluency as well throughout the year with my students. These items will allow my students to get extra practice and support.
