This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students were so excited last year when we started a small, just for fun cheerleading team. Because of their success, we have even more students who want to be involved in the cheerleading team this year. So we need more pompoms and hairbows. We are also working on getting uniforms to help us really look the part. We hope to perform at our 5th-grade graduation again, and maybe some other informal shows and assemblies.
My students are working very hard on this cheerleading team and want to add a little pizzazz and fun to their school year.
