My Project
During COVID, kids did not have the luxury of an active lifestyle, which resulted in a decline in health and wellness among students. Our school equipment is long overdue for replacement, as much of our sports equipment is either broken or deteriorating in quality. This affects our overall classroom effectiveness in getting students back into shape and becoming a healthier school as a whole. The new equipment will allow the students to participate in activities together to not only gain better health, but also build new relationships, provide a safe place to be themselves, and incorporate more active opportunities in our school. P.E. is an important part of every student's day, and this equipment will ensure our class continues to thrive beyond COVID. We need storage bins to hold our equipment as well as flag football belts in red and yellow. We also need a set of foam balls.
