Splish, Splash, Tigers Are Making Waves in PE Class!

Help me give my students the tools they need to be successful swimmers! The pool platform will help swimmers who can't touch the bottom of the pool. Donating goggles/dive toys benefit students' success in learning to swim.

My Project

Many students in our community lack access to swimming lessons, putting them at a higher risk of drowning. At our schools, we are fortunate to have a swimming pool on our campus that we love to share with our students and surrounding community. With your help we can continue to offer lessons that will help our youth gain confidence in the water, learn essential water safety skills, and experience swimming in a fun environment. The pool platform will be beneficial for our swimmers who can't yet touch the bottom of the pool. Goggles will help protect the eyes from chlorine and allow swimmers to see underwater, which can improve their technique and confidence. Dive toys will help make retrieving items off of the bottom of the pool more fun! By incorporating swimming lessons, students will have access to the necessary resources to learn the proper swimming techniques and safety skills.
