My Project
I’m requesting a dizzy disk for my classroom. The population and age group that I teach are special needs students ranging from autism, Down syndrome, muscular dystrophy etc. At times my students are in search of an input that I can’t provide. This spinning disk will teach my students that when they need a second break, they can request or show me that they want this item. The spinning helps my students regulate themselves for periods of time before placing a demand on them. Thank you for your time in reading this.
