This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Everyone loves to make art. We want students who are multi-handicapped to be able to control their own art at the push of a button. We are asking for materials for our students to do spin art and bubble art in connection with literacy.
We are connecting communication skills with AAC devices with our students' ability to create their own art.
We want students to push a button instead of having adults helping them with hand over hand prompting. The spin art and bubble machine can be adaptive with switches for the students to push. We are asking the students to use AAC device to make their choice of color or say yes or no to what they create too.
