My Students
Hello! I am a Speech teacher in a Title I elementary school in a low-income community. For many of my students, speech and language therapy gives them the confidence to become stronger communicators and access the curriculum. My goal for my students is to provide effective speech and language therapy in a distance learning environment.

My Project
A document camera will give my students the opportunity to work on their speech and language goals while I share my materials remotely in a virtual environment.
With your help, speech therapy will be an interactive and visual experience for my students!
I have requested a document camera so that I may share my materials for articulation, language and social communication activities with my students during tele-therapy sessions. My students will be able to read books along with me or follow along during writing activities. Many of my students are visual learners so a document camera will be a beneficial tool. The opportunity to provide therapy with a document camera will enhance the remote speech and language therapy experience for my amazing students. Your generosity is much appreciated!
