My Project
Using prizes in a speech classroom can be an effective way to motivate students and encourage active participation. By offering tangible rewards, such as snacks, fidget toys, pens, and necklaces, students may feel more engaged and eager to perform. These incentives create a fun and engaging atmosphere that helps build enthusiasm for practicing and improving speech skills.
Prizes, especially small and simple ones, help create a sense of achievement and recognition for students' efforts.
When students are rewarded for their participation or improvement, it boosts their confidence and reinforces positive behavior. Additionally, these rewards can encourage consistent practice, as students begin to associate speaking exercises with enjoyable incentives, making them more likely to continue developing their skills.
