This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting stools, dry erase dots, erasers, and whiteboards with Elkonin boxes to aid small group instruction. These items will greatly support my students by providing them with a space to sit at the table. We have a limited number of classroom chairs, and my students are having to bring their chairs with them to the small group table. Having these stools will allow for a more seamless transition to the table and will allow for more instructional time.

My goal is for my students to be able to use these supplies to enhance their learning.

They will be able to use the dry erase dots to complete their math equations and show their work. The whiteboards with Elkonin boxes will assist my students with their reading and writing skills.

My class is very unique. They come from many different backgrounds and have a strong passion for learning. They are supportive of one another and love to do partner work, share ideas, and help each other succeed.
