This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Wiggles and Jiggles...there's lots of them in PreK. Asking students in PreK to sit for hours in a traditional classroom with traditional seating isn't effective or best practice. Students need to move, wiggle, and jiggle.

Flexible seating and sensory aids allow students to get those wiggles and jiggles out all the while remaining focused and engaged in their learning.

I want my students to love learning, stay motivated and engaged during the day. That's difficult to do with traditional seating furniture, and without supports they can use during the day.
