Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students learn math much easier when using manipulatives. I would like to get some durable number cards they can use for place value, ordering and comparing numbers. I also would like to get some incentives for them for their hard work every day.

Adding a laminating machine to my class would make it possible to laminate activities for them to use when practicing math concepts, like place value cards, shapes, money and other new math concepts.

Laminating the materials makes them last for years.

Also, my students have been working really hard this semester, they deserve a special treat. As a winter gift, I would like to get coloring books, coloring pencils, a pencil bag, fuzzy socks and some candy. I also would like to get vinyl and personalized their bags and make them feel special.
