My Students

My students are very special Special Education elementary school children! Although sometimes labeled as "special education" the students that we serve are indeed VERY SPECIAL! They love to learn and they love to MOVE! Sitting in a classroom all day long can be tedious and borrr-ring at times and some extra movement is needed!

Balance Ball Chairs will help these special little ones to focus and achieve to the best of their ability which will directly increase their self confidence and self esteem!

My Project

Helping our special needs community of elementary school children focus better through "getting the wiggles out" while learning academics is greatly needed in our rural area. Elementary school aged children need to move about - and balance ball chairs will help them to do so without being a distraction to the other children in the classroom. The special education students often struggle with poor self esteem due to feeling as though they are unable to focus or perform at the academic level of their same aged peers.
