My Project

I work with special needs children in grades pre-school to twelfth grade. My students have a wide-range of disabilities: autism, cognitive impairments, delays in speech, and delays in reading, writing and math. In today's education world, technology is becoming increasingly more and more used in the workplace and in education. At my school, we have many support programs that use smartboard technology. However, the smartboard we have in the special education classroom is broken and my school does not have the means to replace it.

I would like one smartboard to provide my students easier access to our digital learning resources and to teach them relevant technological skills that can be used in a tech savvy world.
