Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a Special Education teacher supporting students from Transitional Kindergarten to Fifth Grade, I am looking to enhance our classroom with essential supplies and activities. I aim to provide manipulatives, sensory toys, fine motor activities, and reading/math supports to help students at their instructional level.
Your support would greatly benefit our small group and individual activities, fostering engagement and skill development in reading, math, and writing.
Supplies for visuals, token boards, and laminating materials are also crucial for creating effective learning tools.
For our younger students, manipulatives like magnifying glasses, sensory bins, and fine motor tools are essential for play-based learning and skill development. These tools help them grow and explore.
