Help me give my students materials to start our new morphology curriculum! This unit will help our students enhance their understanding of language structure, which is crucial for their literacy development.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I developed this project in hopes to gather the remaining materials I need to fully implement a new reading intervention.
I recently received training in the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education's Morphology course. It is an evidenced based approach that supports readers with developing their understanding of word parts to promote fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, and spelling. Through initial assessments, I have found this curriculum to be a high need in my high school special education English courses.
These materials will allow me to teach and apply this intervention with the students in my courses with fidelity. I already started to apply this intervention in my lessons, but am hopeful that these materials will exemplify the learning experience for my students.
