My Project

All items on this list have been intentionally selected to serve a specific purpose. Items such as the noise cancelling headphones and fidgets help promote a sensory friendly learning environment where students sensory input needs are met. The noise cancelling headphones also make different school events more accessible for my students so that they are comfortable in environments such as assemblies and pep rallies. We have a token economy in my classroom and keychains, fidget toys, and candy will be used as prizes that students can “buy” using behavior bucks. The clipboards with storage will be used for data collection and tracking each students’ individual progress.

My desire is that my classroom will be a welcoming, accessible, and organized environment to support student learning.

These items help contribute to fulfilling this goal.
