Special Education Classroom for Spectacular Students

Help me give my students a great school year this year! I work with students who have disabilities and therefore have specific needs including flexible seating, headphones, and certain classroom materials (books, shelves, carts, etc.) Thank you!!

My Project

I am a second year special education teacher in Lexington Kentucky and could not possibly imagine doing anything else with my life! I absolutely love being able to assist my students in living the most independent life possible for them! They amaze me everyday with their passion for learning, growing, and their sense of humor! I get the privilege to watch students go from a kindergarten reading level and hating to read, to reading at a 3rd grade level and loving every second of it, all within one school year!! Watching kids grow in their confidence and start to believe in THEMSELVES is why I do what I do everyday. Thank you so much for donating even if it’s praying/thinking about my classroom this year! It means the world to me and my students!!
