This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are resilient, brilliant, and full of potential. Many are working below grade level, but that hasn’t stopped them from making major gains. We moved from an F to an A in academic growth and a B overall in just four months. I teach two classes of energetic learners who thrive with structure, consistency, and encouragement.

These student mailboxes will help us stay organized, support daily communication, and give every child a personal space that says, “You matter here.” Students need a lasting system that strengthens their routines and helps them take ownership of their materials, their work, and their growth.

This investment will make a meaningful difference in our daily learning, and I am truly grateful for any support.
