Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The materials in this project will be used for our classrooms Class Auctions. My 6th, 7th and 8th Grade students in a low-incidence Cluster class earn class money. They earn class money for various ways, such as following the morning routine, doing classroom jobs, tests/ quizzes, projects, and presenting to the class.

Students can use their class money during Class Auctions through the school year.

They are able to use the money they have saved to purchase items of interest. The items in this project are items of interest for my students. For example, video games, MineCraft, FortNite and Mario, and Superhero's. The LEGOs, pens, pencils and pop-its are based off characters students like. The bubbles and twistable crayons are also items students enjoy. Students will be able to take these items home and keep them in the classroom.
