Speaking and Listening at a Distance

Help me give my students the opportunity to hear me clearly and speak to me with headphones during our distance learning lessons without holding their cell phones while trying to do the activities.

My Students

My special needs classroom is really affected because my students need one-on-one direct instruction with a full daily routine. My students are currently learning from home using their parents cell phones to call me at their assigned times because they don't own computers or smartphones. They do not have any manipulative or any devices that will allow them to see me.

My Project

My students are special needs students who are learning from home. However, they do not own the proper technology to use Microsoft Teams. My students call me at assigned conference times on their cellphones to listen to me teach the lesson over the computer, they can't see me and I can't see them. It's very hard for me to hear them at times because they have to put the phone down sometimes to write or they drop the phone because they're trying to manipulate their materials. The head phones will allow them to write while I'm talking and they can turn up the volume so I can hear their voices through the computer.
