This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My 21 students are energetic, excited about learning, and have a thirst for knowledge. They also have a great sense of humor and our classroom is full of laughter! 95% of my students enter my classroom speaking little to no English. My students work hard to overcome all obstacles and never give up!

My Project

Our classroom is large and with everyone wearing masks, it can be hard to hear. This speaker system is highly recommended for in-person and distance learning. This speaker system will allow my students to hear me and the more they hear, the more they learn. If and when we need to switch to virtual learning, this will make our virtual learning experience more effective. Because so many of my students are learning English, it is so important that they can hear me so they can learn the language and the skills we're working on.
