My Project

We got school spirit, yes we do! You probably have heard that cheer at some game before or even at a pep rally. At our school, our Spartan pride is on 10. I would like for my students to make t-shirts representing their grades, sports, where they are from, or favorite class. I need a heat press machine to make this happen. We will wear our t-shirts to pep rallies, on field trips, at games, and more. Our students will use their creativity to design an awesome shirt that tells everyone who they are and what school they represent with pride.

Our school has a high number of displaced students.

These students come from different countries, states, and other cities. The recent tornadoes and storms in our southern region have caused families to move to our county for shelter and new homes. It is hard for kids to have to start over and try to make new friends. I want to use art to help them connect with us. Having a Cricut, heat press machines, and cases to store them, will help newly displaced students create art while making new friends.
