This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our Spartan Closet launched in January and has already outgrown its original space—thanks to the overwhelming support from our community! We’re excited to be moving into a new, larger location, which means we’ll be able to serve even more students. But to make this space truly inviting, we need your help.

Our incredible students with disabilities have been the heart of this project—sorting, organizing, and beautifully displaying our free clothing donations.

Now, we're looking to enhance their efforts and create a welcoming shopping experience for all.

To do this, we need a few key items:

A speaker to help draw in the lunchtime crowd,

A mannequin to showcase the clothing we offer,

Aprons so our hardworking student team can be easily identified,

And a clothing steamer to keep everything fresh and ready for new homes.

With your support, we can continue to grow the Spartan Closet and empower even more students and families with confidence and opportunity—one outfit at a time.
