This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In any classroom, cleaning supplies play an essential role in maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment. These supplies are used daily to disinfect high-touch surfaces such as desks, chairs, door handles, and shared materials, reducing the spread of germs among students. With young children being naturally curious and active, it’s common for them to share supplies, books, and tools, which increases the risk of illness when these objects aren’t cleaned regularly.
In addition to maintaining hygiene, cleaning supplies also help teach students valuable life skills.
While student learn about cleanliness and personal responsibility, they are encouraged to take ownership of their workspace by wiping down their desks and tidying up shared areas.
Clean, organized classrooms help foster a welcoming and productive environment, ensuring that students can concentrate on their studies without distractions caused by an unclean or unhealthy space. These contributions make a meaningful impact on both the physical health and academic success of the students.
