My Project

I am looking to update and augment my unit of study on electricity and circuits. Donating circuit building kits, LED lights, and copper tape would offer students direct, hands-on experience with the fundamentals of electricity and engineering.

Rather than simply reading about circuits, students get to become inventors and builders.

The circuit kits provide accessible components that make the concept of a closed loop immediately tangible, allowing them to experiment safely and see instant results. This instant feedback is incredibly engaging for young minds. Using copper tape and LEDs introduces the creative side of electronics, moving beyond standardized boards to allow for crafting circuits on paper or cardstock. This transformation turns abstract concepts into artistic and functional creations, tapping into their natural curiosity and desire to build something that works and shines.
