Sparking Creativity Through Coding with Sphero Robots!

Help me give my students a class pack of the Sphero Bolt+ coding robots. They will use these to prototype, debug and experiment while they learn the iterative design cycle.

My Project

I teach a diverse group of students who are eager to explore the world of coding and robotics. Many of them have never had access to hands-on technology like this, and I want to give them an opportunity to engage with STEM in an exciting and meaningful way. By incorporating Sphero robots into our creative coding class, I hope to inspire the next generation of engineers, programmers, and innovators.

Sphero robots are the perfect tool for introducing students to coding in a fun, interactive way.

These robots allow students to learn block-based coding and eventually transition into JavaScript, making programming accessible to all skill levels. The students will use the Sphero Bots to master prototyping and trial and error programming. They will make codes to maneuver the bots through obstacles and to complete objectives. They will also debug their codes and experiment with the results while they learn the iterative design cycle.
