My Project
I absolutely love my 5th-grade students' energy and eagerness to learn! They are curious, imaginative, and constantly asking “Why?” and “How?” They thrive when given hands-on opportunities, and I know that bringing engaging STEM resources into our classroom will channel their curiosity into powerful learning experiences. With items like Snap Circuits and robotics kits, my students can explore electricity, coding, and problem-solving in ways that standard textbooks just can’t match. These resources will encourage them to experiment, think critically, and work together to solve real-world challenges.
My goal for this project is to create a classroom environment where every student feels like a scientist, engineer, and inventor.
These tools will help students make connections between what they learn in class and how it applies to the world around them. By integrating these resources into our lessons, I hope to inspire them to pursue STEM fields and equip them with foundational skills that will serve them in any future career.
What makes my students truly special is their resilience and determination. Many come from under-resourced backgrounds, but they show up every day excited to learn and support one another. They are a team, and with your help, they will have the resources they need to dive deep into STEM and discover their own potential as future innovators and problem-solvers.
