Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These items will support a variety of daily learning activities and objectives, as well as a safe and welcoming classroom environment. For example, we frequently do white board races but the students have been discouraged because our erasers are no longer erasing on their personal white boards.

Additionally, students help decorate commonly used phrases in Spanish that we hang around the classroom.

It is important that our students have coloring utensil options that make each student feel represented.

Students take accountability and responsibility in our classroom, a job board helps us easily rotate our jobs, as well as learning Spanish vocabulary words.
