Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are from many countries and are in Florida for the first time. Many are taking Spanish to fulfill the graduation requirements for a foreign language. I try to have students embrace the language of love and enjoy the educational journey. We use interactive chart posters to allow students to express themselves and what they are learning.
My students are interested in learning the Spanish language in a wholistic way.
We use color and form to make learning the language come to life. Students create cities and towns. Help give my students the materials to make Spanish come alive.
