This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I will start a new dual language program in our district. Since I am transitioning from teaching 4th grade, I need as many resources as possible for this new program. Specifically, I am asking for donations to purchase Spanish resources to help me implement a 50/50 program effectively.

I am also looking for various ways to make the classroom welcoming and inviting with room decor as this will help me implement this new program.

These few things will help my classroom and students get started with this exciting new program.
