This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Learning a new language can feel tedious if the students only have access to worksheets and vocabulary lists. But with physical flashcards and board games, learning a new language can be more fun and interactive. Adding the element of competition and games the students will be more focused on learning the new vocabulary that they need as a foundation to be able to build sentences in Spanish.

The Spanish conversational games mix the learning of a language and socializing with fellow peers, which motivates the students to use Spanish in a natural conversation.

All of the products that I have selected have been made to facilitate the learning of Spanish, with the exception of UNO, but it can still be used to learn about numbers and having the students say the numbers and color out loud when playing a card.

I have seen how students are always asking for more fun and interactive activities to do in the classroom, and these games will satisfy their drive to play and mix it with learning Spanish.
