My Project
I have the privilege of helping dyslexic students gather skills and strategies to be successful readers and spellers. While these students are often some of the brightest, problem-solving, out-of-the-box thinkers, however, organization is usually not a strength.
I only get 45 minutes with these students, 4 times a week; so every minute counts!
That is why I am looking to replace my current basket system (with so many kiddos, this has taken way too much space) with these pencil boxes. These will allow my students to enter quickly, locate their pencil box and folder, quickly get to their seats, and be ready to learn!
Time saved gathering materials equals time spent on developing successful readers!
