This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Switching to a short-throw projector would significantly improve the learning environment. By requiring less distance between the projector and screen, it frees up valuable classroom space, which would enhance the overall atmosphere for learning. With students no longer needing to walk in front of the projector to access materials, there's less chance of disruption, ensuring everyone has a clear view of the content being presented.
Assigning group projects and assignments, along with getting my students out of their seats are a regular part of my teaching approach, so having more space would be incredibly beneficial.
While I'm excited about the idea of getting this projector for my current students, I understand it might be more realistic to aim for next year. Having the projector at the beginning of the school year would be ideal, allowing me to set up the classroom effectively right from the start.
