Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, staying focused and organized can be a big challenge for little learners. With your help, we’re hoping to provide each student with their own pair of headphones and a personal pencil box.

Headphones will help students concentrate during reading activities, educational games, and lessons on tablets or computers by reducing background noise and creating a more personalized learning experience.

Pencil boxes will give each child a sense of responsibility and pride in keeping their tools neat and ready to use. These simple supplies will support independence, reduce distractions, and make our learning space feel calm and ready for success.

Our goal is to build strong learning habits early—ones that help students stay focused, organized, and excited about school every day. With your support, we can give our class the tools they need to shine!

My students are curious, kind, and full of energy. They come to school each day with big hearts and eager minds, ready to learn, explore, and grow. Many of them face challenges outside the classroom, but they never let that stop them from giving their best. What makes them truly special is their resilience—their ability to keep trying, to support one another, and to find joy in the little things. Whether they’re helping a friend, trying a new word, or solving a tough problem, they show me every day what it means to be brave learners. They deserve every opportunity to succeed, and I’m proud to be part of their journey.
