I teach prekindergarten in a wonderful school in the heart of Texas. The school serves a very diverse population with students from ethnic backgrounds found all over the world. The school also qualifies as a Title 1 school and serves many child from a low socio-economic background.
Teaching 4 and 5 year old children about letters and sounds is a fun and rewarding job. My team and I are always looking for new resources to help keep the kids engaged and learning. That is our mission and purpose!
Our team would like 5 sets of the Leaf Frog Fridge Phonics letters, 5 sets of the Leap Frog Word Whammer, and 1 set of the Leaf Frog letters for Spanish speakers.
These materials are highly engaging for kids and help provide practice and reinforcement time. These materials also can be adapted for the many different skill levels that can be found in a typical prekindergarten class; they really are materials that can be used successfully by ALL students.
