My Project
Our woodwind players need a steady supply of quality reeds, mouthpieces, and ligatures for their clarinets, saxophones, and oboes. These components are essential for producing a clear, resonant sound, yet their cost can put them out of reach for many of our students. This project will ensure every musician has access to the gear they need to succeed and fully participate in class.
New reeds, mouthpieces, and ligatures will transform my students’ sound quality and boost their confidence.
A properly fitted mouthpiece and ligature help them produce a rich, even tone and refine their technique. By providing these resources, we remove financial barriers and empower students to focus on creativity and musical growth. My students are hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about making music, despite balancing many responsibilities outside of school.
