Auditory and visual feedback are essential for promoting the success of students with speech sound production disorders.
Mirrors will allow students to monitor the movement of their articulators while working to achieve accurate placement for sound production. Whisper phones will allow for immediate auditory feedback. This helps students monitor the accuracy of their productions, correct errors, and work towards generalization of learned skills. A pocket chart will allow materials to be stored in a tidy manner so that our speech therapy space can continue to foster learning without necessary clutter. A Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will allow for the purchase of new materials that have a strong evidence base.
