My Students
I teach wonderful third graders. We are currently transitioning into a distance learning space due to the COVID 19 pandemic. These sweet and bright minds having been working diligently over the past 7 months to make gains in their math and reading work. We often work in collaborative groups. My goal is to continue this growth even though we have been forced out of the classroom and to reward them at the end of the school year. In and out of school, they take great pride in their work and look for challenges to keep their brains growing.
My Project
We use a variety of technology in our room for a variety of tasks that need to be completed daily. I'd like to be able to get one set set of AirPods with a carrying case. With students completing tasks daily through Google Classroom and the teacher explaining the work, the sound needs to be clear. My students need to know that although we aren't currently together at school learning that they will continue to receive the best learning experiences in every way. They are so excited to log on and see one another daily!
Having a reliable, up to date sound helps in order to be heard, to learn new concepts, and to complete the work assigned.
This will not only help with conducting virtual meetings, creating and implementing digital resources for my students, and make learning more engaging and fun. Each day we use our technology and with so much going on with technology, headphones...or in this case AirPods are a must to continue the harmony in learning from home. This is a must have for all of us to communicate.
The AirPods are a fabulous addition because they're small and quickly recharged. I'm looking forward to getting this resource into my classroom.
