This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are 7th graders at an inner city school, we have a diverse population with various socioeconomic levels.

Students may not have essential hygiene products to stay clean and fresh, so I want to provide a grab-and-go hygiene product station.

Having these items on hand will also make it easier to talk with students struggling with hygiene so they have what they need instantly. It will also provide products for student emergencies that may occur during the day. The station would provide deodorant, washcloths, soap, and sanitary napkins.
