Help me give my students additional tools to be successful this school year and an easy clean divider that will help establish boundaries and allow for an assessment area in our classroom.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students are a group of energetic, unique and amazing Prek students ages ranging from 3-5. Each child is different in their own way, but bring character to our classroom. Some students are amazing dancers who love to get their bodies moving and get that energy out. Other students are creative in other ways such as through drawing pictures or with paint. A few other students also tell stories while using blocks, dinosaurs or sensory bins we have in our classroom. They are all amazing individuals who help one another play and learn from one another.
My Project
Our classroom is filled with excited and busy bodied children. We make use of all the tools and resources available to us. Our classroom works on building many skills that include literacy, language, social skills and more.
These tools will help us work with children individually, without distractions while in the classroom.
They will also provide another tool to enhance their social and writing skills. Another material on the list will help our students work on sorting and turn taking. These materials will be used continuously throughout our classroom and be very helpful.
