Walk into my third grade classroom and you will see so many different things. A range of abilities, including special needs, gifted needs and everything in between work together with an amazing team of teachers to create our classroom family.
Our classroom operates on a system of many different activities and projects to meet the varying diverse needs of our kids.
You could easily see different groups of students working with each other or an adult, students on computers, or individual projects at any given time. My main goal as an educator is to create a safe, happy environment for all who enter my classroom.
My Project
In Third Grade we learn so much about animal habitats, life-cycles and animal adaptations. Many of my students have never even had a pet. The experience of caring for a life before and after hatching will be an invaluable learning experience for all of my students.
This experience will literally bring these important standards and learning goals to life for my students!
My caring and thoughtful class will be amazing "parents" as we care for and raise our new friends through the first stages of their lives. Once hatched, the young quail will live a full life on our family farm.
