it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items on this list will help my special education students continue their journey with the coffee cart program! We are looking to upgrade some of our equipment, make the coffee brewing more efficient and provide a wider range of options for our staff. The goal of this project is to foster communication through hospitality. My students loved the coffee cart program we started last year - it helped them socially, emotionally, and academically. Last year, my students felt more included and part of the school. They looked forward to delivering coffee and talking to other members of the school community. My students crave connection and communication with others and this is the perfect way to help them do just that!
