My Project

I love that my students are so different in the most wonderful ways. They teach me so much everyday about what it means to educate. We learn from one another and get better together.

During our literature circles students will work in small groups as well as whole group reading the same text.

My hope is that students see themselves, their futures, and their communities reflected in the texts set before them.

Participating in literature circles will support them as leaders giving them opportunities to share their thoughts and voices as individuals and a collective.
