Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We have the most amazing children in our class. We will be having the same students in our class in September that we had in our class this past year. They come from different countries all over the world, have diverse backgrounds and diverse abilities. They have made so much progress this year and we have become such a family!
We want to build on our family and continue to encourage positive social relationships!
Today, on our last day of school, our students brought in a few board games. They had so much fun playing with the games. The amount of positive social interactions we had during this time was amazing. In the age of technology and less socialization by everyone, it was amazing to see!
We would now like to set a time each week to allow these students to play board games, work on problem solving skills and engage in positive socialization!
