This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am the teacher of a very curious group of students. They attend a school that is classified as a Title I facility. All of them qualify for the free lunch program. The community they live in is stricken with a high level of poverty.

Despite these circumstances, they are so eager to please and be productive leaders.

They work so hard and come in each morning with warm greetings and huge smiles, which makes me look forward to each day.

My Project

My vision is to close the gap between my remote learners and my face to face students. I will be working with solar kits in class but I want the students at home to have their own to use.

This project will help me send home a solar kit to my remote learners to use while online.

I will use the laptop stand to raise my laptop to a better angle. This will allow me to see my remote learners as I move around the room. The headphones will allow me to speak and listen to them.

I will appreciate any help and my students will be grateful. Thank you for taking the time to read about our class project.
