My Project
This one is something that has been a big dream of mine. Utilizing the sun's power to generate electricty so that we can power a tiny house that the students will build and maintain. This will allow the students to 3D print their lights, then work on wiring the house, then use the solar generator to power it.
My hope then is that we are instilling a sense of pride through the experience of sustainable living.
Students can then apply this learning to the urban living experience that they are having.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
